What is a “Antique dealer” ?
In Japan, there is a Business license called “Kobutsu permission / Kobutsu-Sho license”.
Business owners need to have this license when they sell/buy used products for business purposes.
“Kobutsu license” is used for used car dealers, import/export used car business, recycling shops, and many other used item dealers.
